Participants were 382 elementary school teachers and secondary school teachers in central Taiwan. The analytical results showed a positive correlation between teacher perceived PLC and SOC,i.e., perceived PLC could predict perceived SOC. Atclan and hierarchical culture levels, the PLC dimension structural condition was strong estpredictor of perceived SOC. At market and adhocracy culture levels, however, human and social resources dimension was the best predictor.
